Does BaySpark store any of my customer or vehicle data?
No customer-identifying data lives on BaySpark servers. BaySpark drafts your estimate locally in your Chrome tab; the only server-side traffic is to vehicle-data providers (NHTSA for VIN decode, etc.) routed through BaySpark's stateless edge proxy. See the privacy policy for details.
How much does BaySpark cost?
We'll share pricing as we open R.O. Writer access. We price per advisor seat, not per RO or per shop location — so the cost grows with the volume of work BaySpark saves you, not with arbitrary usage caps.
