What an advisor types vs. what they get
Advisor types three lines: customer name, VIN, concern. BaySpark drafts a complete repair-order estimate with the vehicle decoded, labor priced from industry book times, parts recommended, "while-you're-in-there" upsells the advisor can promote with one click, OEM-spec fluid capacities, and brief technician caveats — all inside Shop-Ware.
Why "no rip-and-replace" matters for Shop-Ware shops
- ✓No data migration. Your customer history, vehicle records, past ROs, and CRM stay exactly where they are in Shop-Ware. BaySpark reads what's relevant for the current draft, never moves data out.
- ✓No advisor retraining. BaySpark renders as a side panel next to the Shop-Ware tab. Your advisors keep using every Shop-Ware feature they're used to — BaySpark just makes the drafting step faster.
- ✓No infrastructure. No on-prem server. No new SaaS subscription to manage from your IT team. Just a Chrome extension your advisors install once.
- ✓No long-term lock-in. Uninstall the extension anytime — Shop-Ware keeps working exactly as before.
Built and shipped by a Shop-Ware customer
BaySpark started inside my own shop. I was tired of watching my service advisors burn 8–12 minutes per estimate looking up labor times and copying part numbers. So I built a side panel that lives next to Shop-Ware and drafts the whole estimate from three lines. Now my shop runs it every day.
— Zeek Muratovic, founder of BaySpark, owner of Solo Motorsports (Roswell, GA)
Solo Motorsports is a Land Rover and European specialty shop using Shop-Ware (tenant 3952). BaySpark is the same product Solo's advisors use to draft estimates — not a demo, not a roadmap, the actual production code.

How does BaySpark integrate with Shop-Ware?
BaySpark renders as a Chrome side panel next to the Shop-Ware tab your advisors already use. When the advisor finishes drafting, BaySpark writes the operations, parts, and findings directly into the Shop-Ware repair order. The integration is at the browser layer — no Shop-Ware API key required to start.
Is BaySpark a Shop-Ware Partner?
We are an active applicant in Shop-Ware's API Partner program. The DOM-level integration is the bridge while the API partnership is being established.
Does BaySpark store any of my customer or vehicle data?
No customer-identifying data lives on BaySpark servers. BaySpark drafts the estimate locally in your Chrome tab; the only server-side traffic is to industry data providers (NHTSA for VIN decode, Vehicle Databases for repair-catalog labor, etc.) routed through BaySpark's stateless edge proxy. See the privacy policy for details.
What does BaySpark do during a Shop-Ware UI update?
BaySpark is designed to adapt as Shop-Ware evolves its UI. Our team continuously monitors for changes and ships an updated extension version — usually within hours. Shops on the BaySpark managed channel get the update automatically.
What labor and parts data sources does BaySpark use?
Labor times: Vehicle Databases (live VIN-keyed catalog), Open Labor Project (community-sourced repair times), and Claude AI for vehicles where catalog data is sparse. Parts: WorldPac integration in progress; for now, a small set of common operations (brake pads, rotors, oil, filters, plugs, battery) ship with placeholder fixture parts so advisors see something to anchor the estimate.
How much does BaySpark cost?
Pricing is per advisor seat, not per RO or per shop location. Early-customer pricing is meaningfully discounted from the post-launch tier. Email us to discuss your shop's volume.
